Jacky was born in California and raised in Winston Salem. She graduated from Robert B. Glenn High School and has been with the Law Offices of J. Darren Byers for over 10 years. Jacky loves interacting with clients and all her fellow staff members and takes joy in helping translate for Hispanic clients, to help them to have an equal opportunity to information and legal assistance. She is completely fluent in English and Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, family and friends.
